Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Express Shipping — AUD 20

- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Packaging & Security
Every TKC piece is carefully packed in secure, discreet packaging designed to protect your jewellery throughout transit. Our packaging reflects the luxury of what's inside.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery via Australia Post Tracking.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post may redirect your parcel to your nearest Post Office for collection.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We understand how important your order is. If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us first. We will personally liaise with Australia Post on your behalf to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
While transit delays caused by Australia Post are outside our direct control, we are committed to supporting you through any delivery concerns and will do everything we can to assist.
Shipping Insurance
We understand that peace of mind matters when shipping fine jewellery. If you would like to discuss insurance options for your order, please contact The Karat Culture prior to placing your order and we will be happy to arrange suitable coverage.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. The Karat Culture is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently unavailable. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to discuss special arrangements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
