To keep your piece looking its best, a little everyday care goes a long way.
- Store in the provided pouch or a soft-lined jewellery box, away from other pieces to prevent scratching
- Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing to remove oils and moisture
- Keep away from perfume, lotions, hairspray, and household chemicals
- Remove before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping
- Polish occasionally with a jewellery-grade gold polishing cloth to restore its natural lustre
21K, 22K & 24K Gold: High-karat gold is naturally soft and malleable. Slight moulding to the shape of your body over time is completely normal and not a fault. Handle with care, avoid force or pressure, and clean gently with a soft brush, warm water, and mild soap. Take extra care around any stone settings when polishing.
9K, 14K & 18K Solid Gold: Durable and suited to everyday wear, but still benefits from mindful care. For a deeper clean, soak briefly in warm water with a small amount of mild detergent, then gently scrub with a soft-bristled or baby toothbrush. Pat dry with a cotton or microfibre cloth (avoid tissues or paper towel) and finish with the provided polishing cloth to restore its shine.
